LEGAL / PRIVACY POLICY

PRIVACY POLICY.

How DIGIVYL collects, uses and protects the information you share with us through this website.

LAST UPDATED: OCTOBER 20, 2026

01Who we are

DIGIVYL LLC ("DIGIVYL", "we", "us") designs websites and provides digital marketing for local trades and service businesses. We are a remote agency based in the United States. This policy covers digivyl.com and any information you send us through it. It does not cover information we process on behalf of our clients as part of the services we provide to them; that is governed by our agreements with those clients.

02Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill in our contact form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, business name, trade, ZIP or postal code and, if you choose to provide them, your current website, the package you're interested in and your message. If you call or email us, we keep a record of that conversation.

Information collected automatically. When you visit, our hosting provider records basic technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested and the date and time. If analytics is enabled, Google Analytics also records the pages you view and how you arrived at the site (see Cookies and analytics). To protect our contact form from spam, Cloudflare Turnstile checks technical signals such as your IP address and browser characteristics.

03How we use it

  • To call or email you back about your request.
  • To prepare your website direction, quote, or proposal.
  • To deliver and support the services you buy from us.
  • To understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.
  • To keep the site secure and prevent spam or abuse.
  • To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

04How we share it

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, and only so they can provide their service to us: website hosting (Vercel), email delivery for our contact form (Resend), spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile), website analytics (Google Analytics), and our email and phone providers. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or as part of a merger or sale of the business.

05Cookies and analytics

Cookies are small files stored in your browser. Our website does not set its own cookies. If analytics is enabled, Google Analytics sets cookies to measure how the site is used, such as which pages are visited; we have turned off Google's advertising features for our analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this site. If that changes, we will update this policy first. Our site does not respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals, because we do not track visitors across other websites. If we ever sell or share personal information for advertising, we will honor Global Privacy Control signals.

06How long we keep it

We keep contact-form enquiries that don't lead to a project for up to 24 months, then delete them. Client records are kept for as long as we work together and then for up to 7 years for tax and legal purposes. Analytics data is kept for 14 months. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.

07Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it or delete it, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. We will not treat you differently for using these rights. To make a request, email connect@digivyl.com. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it, and we will respond within 45 days.

08Children's privacy

This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

09Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access limited to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10Visitors outside the United States

We are based in the United States and our service providers store data here. If you contact us from another country, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

Our site links to other websites, such as our social media profiles. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle information.

12Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
